GLORY HOLE
Last week a few of us went on a loosely planned trip to the Glory Hole. The weather was great on that indian summer night. We brought our usual camera gear to shoot a few things. Werehaus came and filmed the whole trip. If you don’t know, the Glory Hole is a massive spillway, over 30 feet in diameter and about 700 feet long.
We drove out after work on Wednesday and picked up supplies at Walmart: a $14 barbecue, burgers, Jameson and 60 beers. We parked the car by 10pm and walked down to the creek. The only way to the opening of the Glory Hole is by raft, unless you are prepared to rappel 70-80 feet down a single line. Continue Reading →
