On New Year’s Day, Cubby and I went out to shoot and ride, while the rest of the city was still passed out or hungover.
After a breakfast of champions (chocolate donuts and a tall can of coke), Cubby threw himself at this gap to wall ride.The next spot was right down the street at 22nd & Harrison. We shot this little jib while waiting for Jeff Twin.
From there, we all headed south a bit to ride some spots you can’t ride on a “work” day. At these spots it’s usually a bust, and there is no chance you could ride while people are working.

After riding this spot we were pretty pumped to get this other curve wallride that was down the street before it got dark. Cubby and Jeff have been wanting to get a hit on this curvy for over a year! But every time they made the trek, there was bum piss or shit on the wall. On New Year’s Day, there was just reminants of the stale piss and shit, so Cubby gave it a go.
Since winter has limited light, we really took full advantage of the day and the quiet streets of SF, despite all of us being incredibly hungover and tired. We are looking forward to big things for Full Frame in 2012!
